Accessible to shppping and transport
It doesn't look appealing from the outside, space in fhe lobbg a big small Ouf stay was a pleasant one. Though it was only a few days stay. The room of thd hotel was just ok and the price per night was not bad. Ideal to stay for few days to a week. It is also a walking distance to shops and public transport.

very tidy and safe hotel

Close to exhibition centre, markets
no evening restaurant on site, no in room international phone calls out Stayed here when an Accor hotel, has changed hands and I would say it a bit tired now and need of a refit. Rate it because it is close to exhibition centre

Restaurant Tip : breakfast only from the restaurant onsite

Large rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff
Only that it's a bit out of the way Really enjoyed our stay here. Good room size. Although not in the direct tourism area, it was walkable and the tree lined street made us forget we were in a big city. Staff friendly and helpful. We had no problems with this hotel at all.

Location and under cover parking
Room was old but clean - balcony could do with a facelift! We needed a place in close proximity to city with undercover parking. Didn't require breakfast but all our needs were met.

best location for your money
see below Staff didn´t help to get a taxi. We had to run to the bus-terminal and reached too late (to Canberra)

Had a great relaxing time there twice in a month!!

Close to Paddy's market, range of restaurants, Darling Harbour, center shopping area, Car parking facility, hotel is specious enough and very comfortable arrangement, a good price.
Need a bit of attention on the tea tray as old milk stain on the tray makes the cup smell of old milk. Shower curtain was a little smell. The towel rack behind the shower curtain on top of the bath is a bit of hazard as I banged my head when got into the bath for the shower. Very comfortable arrangements. Staffs are at reach at all times. Beds are very comfortable, all important things you needed are chere and clean. Car parking facility (25$ a day) makes us very relaxed during our stay and feel secure. Very reasonable price for the facility we got. This was my 2nd time stay within a month and will go there again and again. Excellent location to get to other places. Bus, tram, monorail, ferry..etc all transports are at reachable distance. A good location to enjoy the day/night view at darling harbour which is a very short walk from the hotel. We had a great time there during our Australia day holiday weekend. Unfortunately, we did not try food at the hotel as there were so many choices of food nearby.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There are free buses running between darling harbour, George street and Elizebath street shops, town hall, the rocks, garden and opera house. Make sure you go to visitor center to get some info if you are new to the area as they are very helpful with useful tips. Variety of food and different price range available in the area to suit any budget limit.

Good service and clean rooms
This hotel needs more than breakfast food service. The facilities need upgrading to demand the price being charged. This is an over rated hotel in an area with many fine hotels. As a result it demands a price for stay which is driven by the market in the Sydney GBD and the market in Darlings Harbour.

Travel tip : Hotel has great access to Darlings Harbour. Within easy walking distance
