Accessible to shppping and transport
It doesn't look appealing from the outside, space in fhe lobbg a big small Ouf stay was a pleasant one. Though it was only a few days stay. The room of thd hotel was just ok and the price per night was not bad. Ideal to stay for few days to a week. It is also a walking distance to shops and public transport.

Close to exhibition centre, markets
no evening restaurant on site, no in room international phone calls out Stayed here when an Accor hotel, has changed hands and I would say it a bit tired now and need of a refit. Rate it because it is close to exhibition centre

Restaurant Tip : breakfast only from the restaurant onsite

Large rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff
Only that it's a bit out of the way Really enjoyed our stay here. Good room size. Although not in the direct tourism area, it was walkable and the tree lined street made us forget we were in a big city. Staff friendly and helpful. We had no problems with this hotel at all.

Location and under cover parking
Room was old but clean - balcony could do with a facelift! We needed a place in close proximity to city with undercover parking. Didn't require breakfast but all our needs were met.

Close to Paddy's market, range of restaurants, Darling Harbour, center shopping area, Car parking facility, hotel is specious enough and very comfortable arrangement, a good price.
Need a bit of attention on the tea tray as old milk stain on the tray makes the cup smell of old milk. Shower curtain was a little smell. The towel rack behind the shower curtain on top of the bath is a bit of hazard as I banged my head when got into the bath for the shower. Very comfortable arrangements. Staffs are at reach at all times. Beds are very comfortable, all important things you needed are chere and clean. Car parking facility (25$ a day) makes us very relaxed during our stay and feel secure. Very reasonable price for the facility we got. This was my 2nd time stay within a month and will go there again and again. Excellent location to get to other places. Bus, tram, monorail, ferry..etc all transports are at reachable distance. A good location to enjoy the day/night view at darling harbour which is a very short walk from the hotel. We had a great time there during our Australia day holiday weekend. Unfortunately, we did not try food at the hotel as there were so many choices of food nearby.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There are free buses running between darling harbour, George street and Elizebath street shops, town hall, the rocks, garden and opera house. Make sure you go to visitor center to get some info if you are new to the area as they are very helpful with useful tips. Variety of food and different price range available in the area to suit any budget limit.

Good service and clean rooms
This hotel needs more than breakfast food service. The facilities need upgrading to demand the price being charged. This is an over rated hotel in an area with many fine hotels. As a result it demands a price for stay which is driven by the market in the Sydney GBD and the market in Darlings Harbour.

Travel tip : Hotel has great access to Darlings Harbour. Within easy walking distance

Aspire Hotel Sydney Offers Special Expo Rate

Conference organisers, travel agents and corporate travel management companies can book their clients into Aspire Hotel Sydney using the newly created “Expo” rate of $149 per night* and earn themselves 15% commission.

According to Aspire Hotel Property Manager, Ricky Risal the Expo rate has been specifically developed for those clients attending an event at Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre or any other conference venue in Sydney.

“Clients will enjoy accommodation in our large standard rooms, complimentary parking for one vehicle in our on-site secure car park and free internet,” explained Mr Risal.

Aspire Hotel Sydney, a boutique three and a half star hotel in Ultimo, is popular with corporate guests who take advantage of its proximity to Darling Harbour, and government and corporate offices in the CBD and Broadway. For guests attending conferences or trade shows at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Hotel provides an affordable and convenient place to stay.

The property offers 96 spacious standard and deluxe guest rooms, each with its own ensuite with full bath, with some rooms enjoying excellent city views and private open-air balconies looking onto green parkland or the city beyond. Modern conveniences are standard in all rooms, with Internet data ports and ‘smart bars’ which charge any incidentals directly to your hotel account.

Aspire Hotel Sydney has its own business centre, as well as three conference and small meeting rooms available for special functions, weddings and corporate groups.
This is a great deal for everyone according to Mr Risal. “The client gets affordable, comfortable accommodation in a great location and they save a lot of money on parking and internet charges. The booking agent earns extra commission and the hotel gets to show case it’s facilities and services and further increase it’s profile to the corporate and meetings market,” he explains.

And if they have some spare time, guests will enjoy visiting Sydney’s Powerhouse Museum, IMAX Theatre, the Sydney Aquarium, the newly-opened Wildlife World, the Maritime Museum and Chinatown - all just a short stroll from the hotel, while Cockle Bay Wharf and King Street Wharf provide vibrant eating options by day and by night, as well as the place from which to explore the harbour by boat.

The hotel is also easily accessible to the rest of the city through a myriad of transport options including the Monorail, light rail, and city buses. Access to the airport, Blue Mountains and other attractions is from nearby Central Station.

For shopping convenience, the recently renovated Broadway shopping centre offers everything you need for a stay away from home, from food to fashion; supermarkets to department stores.

Aspire Hotel Sydney, part of Metro Hotels, is located at 383-389 Bulwara Road, Ultimo, at the north western end of Sydney’s Darling Harbour precinct.

To book the special Expo rate at Aspire Hotel Sydney, call the toll free Central Reservations line on 1800 00 4321. Alternatively bookings can be made online at the new look website, www.metrohotels.com.au.
